Mumbai: India’s leading playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has invested in Mumbai’s luxury real estate market with the purchase of a high-end apartment in Worli for ₹29.70 crore. The transaction was registered in April 2026, as per documents accessed via the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).

The apartment is part of Godrej Trilogy Worli, a premium residential development known for its upscale design and prime location in central Mumbai. The purchase was made jointly with her parents, Sarmistha Ghoshal and Biswajit Ghoshal.

The property spans a carpet area of 2,430 sq. ft. and a total area of 2,750 sq. ft., offering spacious luxury living. The apartment also comes with three dedicated car parking spaces.
