Raymond Realty has announced the launch of Ten X District 9, a large-scale residential development spread across 9 acres in Thane. The project is expected to generate around ₹2,000 crore in revenue, marking another major addition to the Mumbai Metropolitan Region’s expanding housing market.
Positioned as a next-generation residential community, the development focuses heavily on open spaces and lifestyle amenities. More than 5 acres of the project area will be dedicated to landscaped green zones, designed to create a balanced environment that combines urban convenience with nature.
The project will primarily feature 2-bedroom residences with sizes ranging from 600 to 820 square feet. According to the developer, the apartments are designed to maximize natural light, ventilation, and efficient space utilization, making them suitable for modern urban families.
Ten X District 9 will offer more than 75 lifestyle amenities aimed at creating a comprehensive residential ecosystem. The development includes two clubhouses of around 15,000 square feet each, which will serve as community hubs for fitness, leisure, and social gatherings.
