New Consolidated Construction Company Ltd (NCCCL) has secured a ₹112.5 crore construction contract from Lodha Developers, strengthening its long-standing association with one of India’s leading real estate developers.
In a statement issued on Monday, New Consolidated Construction Company Ltd said it has received a Letter of Award (LoA) for the construction of Tower 1 and related non-tower ancillary structures at a residential project located in Alibaug, near Mumbai.
The mandate, awarded through a competitive bidding process, covers a total built-up area of approximately 7.26 lakh square feet. The estimated contract value stands at ₹112.5 crore, excluding GST, reflecting the scale and complexity of the development.
According to the company, construction activity at the Alibaug site is expected to commence around mid-January 2026, with an execution timeline of nearly 24 months. The project is part of Lodha Developers’ broader push to expand its premium residential footprint in emerging lifestyle destinations around Mumbai.
This latest win marks NCCCL’s third project with the Lodha Group. The company has previously completed a large residential development at Palava, involving nearly 13 lakh square feet across 11 towers, and has also delivered a commercial building project in Thane for the group.
Industry experts note that repeat orders from established developers often signal confidence in a contractor’s execution capability, quality standards, and timely delivery—factors that are increasingly critical in India’s evolving real estate and construction landscape.
Founded in 1946, NCCCL is among Mumbai’s established engineering and construction firms, with a diversified portfolio spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Over the decades, the company has built a reputation for handling large-scale developments across urban and suburban markets.
The new contract adds to NCCCL’s order book at a time when construction activity is seeing renewed momentum, supported by housing demand, infrastructure upgrades, and sustained developer focus on premium and lifestyle-led projects.
