NBCC Sells 417 Amrapali Aspire Housing Units for ₹1,045 Crore via E-Auction

• 417 residential units sold across Noida and Greater Noida West

• Total sale value stands at ₹1,045.4 crore

• NBCC to earn around ₹10.45 crore as marketing fee

NBCC (India) Ltd has successfully completed an e-auction of 417 residential units under the Amrapali Aspire housing projects, generating a total revenue of approximately ₹1,045.4 crore, the company informed through a regulatory filing.

The units sold are spread across Aspire Leisure Valley in Greater Noida West and Aspire Silicon City, Phase IV in Sector 76, Noida. At Aspire Leisure Valley, apartments from Towers 7 and 8 were auctioned, while the Noida project involved units from Tower 5, falling under Sub-Package 4 of the development.

Under the transaction terms, NBCC will receive a 1% marketing fee, amounting to nearly ₹10.45 crore, adding to its revenue from managing the project sales.

These housing projects were originally developed by the now-defunct Amrapali Group and had remained stalled for years. In 2019, the Supreme Court handed over the responsibility of completing these projects to NBCC, tasking the public sector firm with construction, monetisation of unsold inventory, and delivery of homes to affected buyers.

Since assuming control, NBCC has been following a structured approach—completing construction work, conducting e-auctions to sell unsold units, and using the proceeds to fund project completion, clear statutory dues, and safeguard homebuyers’ interests.

The latest sale of Amrapali Aspire housing units marks another step in the ongoing revival of stalled real estate projects in the National Capital Region, offering relief to homebuyers while strengthening NBCC’s role as the court-appointed project manager.
