Khansaheb Group Acquires ANABEEB from EMSTEEL

The Khansaheb Group has acquired ANABEEB from EMSTEEL Building Materials, strengthening its industrial portfolio and boosting end-to-end infrastructure solutions across the UAE and wider GCC region.

  • ANABEEB operates the region’s largest CC-GRP pipe manufacturing facility

  • Acquisition enhances Khansaheb’s integrated construction and infrastructure offerings

  • Move supports sustainable development and long-term regional growth

Khansaheb Group has announced the acquisition of ANABEEB from EMSTEEL Building Materials, marking a significant step in expanding its industrial and infrastructure footprint. ANABEEB is a specialised infrastructure company focused on end-to-end manufacturing of PVC and GRP industrial piping systems used across water, wastewater, and industrial networks.

With this acquisition, Khansaheb strengthens its ability to deliver fully integrated infrastructure solutions by combining manufacturing with construction, engineering, and facilities management services. Industry experts see the move as a strategic addition that deepens the group’s technical capabilities while supporting sustainable development across the UAE and the wider GCC.

ANABEEB brings substantial manufacturing scale to the Khansaheb ecosystem. The company operates the largest CC-GRP pipe production facility in the region, featuring four production lines and a planned annual capacity of 33,000 metric tonnes. Its product portfolio includes CC-GRP pipes, PVC-U pipes and fittings, LD-PE pipes for drip irrigation, and multi-wallpaper sacks for building materials—serving a wide range of infrastructure requirements.

Founded more than 90 years ago, Khansaheb Group has evolved from its roots in civil engineering into a diversified, fourth-generation family enterprise operating across multiple sectors of the built environment. Its core businesses include Khansaheb Civil Engineering, the UAE’s longest-standing contractor, Khansaheb Facilities Management, and Khansaheb Industries, which focuses on innovative and sustainability-led HVAC solutions.

Beyond construction, the group’s portfolio spans property management, bespoke luxury contracting, aviation safety and emergency training, healthcare through Clemenceau Medical Centre, and environmental initiatives via Khansaheb Sustainability. The addition of ANABEEB further strengthens this ecosystem by adding advanced industrial manufacturing to its already broad service offering.

Commenting on the acquisition, Abdulrahman Khansaheb, Managing Director of Khansaheb Group, said the move aligns with the company’s mission to support future-focused development in the UAE. He noted that bringing ANABEEB into the group enhances its end-to-end infrastructure capabilities and allows Khansaheb to offer advanced piping solutions backed by the same standards of quality, innovation, and reliability its clients expect.

From EMSTEEL’s perspective, Group CEO Eng. Saeed Ghumran Al Remeithi said the transaction reflects EMSTEEL’s strategy to optimise its portfolio and sharpen focus on core industrial priorities. He added that ANABEEB is well positioned to grow further under Khansaheb’s leadership and long-term infrastructure vision.

The acquisition represents another milestone in Khansaheb Group’s ongoing expansion strategy. As ANABEEB becomes fully integrated, it is expected to play a key role in supporting major infrastructure projects while contributing to sustainable growth across the UAE and the broader GCC region.
