Godrej Properties Limited has achieved a major milestone with plot sales exceeding ₹1,000 crore at the launch of Evora Estate, its first residential plotted development in Panipat. Since opening sales in December 2025, the company has sold more than 600 plots, spanning close to 8 lakh square feet of saleable area—making this its most successful plotted development launch to date in terms of value.
Spread across 43 acres and located along NH 44A, Evora Estate is positioned as a premium plotted township inspired by a Mediterranean design theme. The project features a luxury clubhouse and a range of lifestyle amenities, catering to buyers seeking spacious, community-oriented living. This development also marks Godrej Properties’ fourth plotted township in North India, strengthening its footprint across the region.
Industry experts point to Panipat’s steady transformation as a residential micro-market, driven by improved highway connectivity, expanding transport infrastructure, and a growing industrial ecosystem.
