Greater Noida: Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has introduced the Industrial Plot Scheme 2026, inviting applications from businesses, startups, and investors.
The scheme focuses on attracting manufacturing units and boosting economic activity across the region, further strengthening Uttar Pradesh’s position as a fast-growing industrial hub.
Under the new scheme, industrial plots are being offered in well-planned zones such as Ecotech-1 (Extension), Ecotech-6, Ecotech-8, Ecotech-10, Ecotech-11, and Sector-16. These sectors are known for their improving infrastructure, connectivity to Delhi-NCR, and proximity to major highways and logistics hubs.
GNIDA has adopted a transparent, merit-based selection process. Applications will be evaluated on factors such as:
- Type of industry (including sunrise sectors)
- Export potential
- Job creation capability
- Financial strength and business track record
The evaluation carries 100 marks, with 90 marks for project assessment and 10 for the interview. Only applicants scoring at least 60% will move forward to the interview stage.
To promote inclusive growth, preference will also be given to startups, women entrepreneurs, SC/ST applicants, and differently-abled individuals.
The scheme offers a wide range of plot sizes—from around 9,000 sq. meters to over 32,000 sq. meters—catering to different industrial requirements.
Applicants are required to deposit 10% of the total premium as a registration amount, calculated according to the 2025–26 industrial policy rates.
Interested applicants can apply online through:
- Nivesh Mitra
- GNIDA’s official website
The process includes:
- ₹1,000 non-refundable brochure fee
- ₹50,000 processing fee
- 18% GST (excluding registration amount)
- Application Start Date: April 11, 2026
- Last Date to Apply: May 12, 2026
This initiative is expected to generate employment, attract fresh investments, and support industrial expansion in Greater Noida. With strong infrastructure, policy support, and strategic location near Delhi, the region continues to emerge as a preferred destination for industries across India.
