Rising demand for branded beachfront residences in Dubai
Dubai: Dubai’s ultra-luxury real estate market continues to attract global celebrities, with former UFC heavyweight champion and professional boxer Francis Ngannou becoming the latest high-profile buyer in the city.
Ngannou has purchased a five-bedroom beachfront mansion at Armani Beach Residences on Palm Jumeirah, in a deal valued at Dh92.5 million, as confirmed by developer Arada. The property spans an impressive 11,521 square feet and features a private pool, offering a blend of exclusivity, design, and waterfront living.
The acquisition underlines the growing popularity of branded luxury residences in Dubai, particularly in prime locations such as Palm Jumeirah. These properties are increasingly being viewed as “trophy assets” by international buyers, including athletes, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.
Industry experts note that Dubai’s combination of tax benefits, world-class infrastructure, and premium lifestyle offerings continues to draw global investors. The demand for beachfront homes, especially those associated with luxury brands like Armani, has remained strong despite global economic fluctuations.
Ngannou’s purchase adds to a rising trend of international sports stars investing in Dubai real estate, further strengthening the city’s position as a global hub for luxury living and high-value property transactions.
