Pune, January 7, 2026: India’s construction and infrastructure ecosystem is set to gather in Pune as CONSTRO 2026, the country’s largest integrated construction expo, returns for its landmark 20th edition from January 8 to 11, 2026. The event will be hosted at the Pune International Exhibition & Convention Centre (PIECC), Moshi, and is expected to be the biggest edition of CONSTRO to date.
Organised by the Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PERF), a respected industry institution founded in 1983, CONSTRO 2026 continues its long-standing philosophy of “Education through Exhibition.” Over the years, the expo has evolved into a trusted platform where innovation, learning, and business intersect.
A Platform Built on Innovation and Knowledge
CONSTRO 2026 will showcase advancements across the entire construction value chain, covering machinery, materials, methods, and modern technologies. With over 8,000 square metres of exhibition space, the expo will feature live product demonstrations, technology showcases, curated seminars, and interactive knowledge sessions aimed at accelerating innovation in the sector.
Industry professionals from India and overseas—including manufacturers, builders, architects, engineers, consultants, policymakers, and technologists—are expected to participate, making the event a high-impact B2B networking hub.
Industry Leadership on CONSTRO’s Role
Narendra Kothari, President of PERF, said CONSTRO has earned industry-wide credibility over the last four decades. According to him, the 2026 edition reflects how the construction sector is embracing advanced technologies, sustainable materials, and safer building practices to meet evolving infrastructure needs.
Jaideep Raje, Chairman of CONSTRO 2026, highlighted the expo’s broader objective beyond exhibitions. He noted that the event is designed to promote meaningful industry engagement through institutional collaborations, safety forums, and youth-focused initiatives, ensuring value creation for exhibitors, visitors, and the next generation of professionals.
Strong Institutional Partnerships
CONSTRO 2026 is being held in association with key urban development bodies. The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) joins as the Concept Partner, while the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) is the Collaborative Partner. These partnerships underline the expo’s relevance to urban infrastructure development and policy-led growth.
What to Expect at CONSTRO 2026
The expo will feature a diverse exhibitor ecosystem spanning construction equipment, building materials, automation and digital tools, precast technologies, MEP services, fire and safety systems, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, retrofitting solutions, and engineering services.
Visitors are expected from across the construction spectrum—developers, contractors, project managers, safety officers, government officials, academic institutions, and students—facilitating high-quality business and knowledge exchanges.
Special initiatives at CONSTRO 2026 include the PERF Safety Summit, aimed at strengthening safety culture across construction sites, the YOUCONS Youth Forum for young professionals and students, and the Vidyarthi Awards, which recognise academic excellence in construction-related disciplines. Exhibitor-led technical seminars and a dedicated mobile app will further enhance engagement before, during, and after the event.
Focus on Sustainable and Future-Ready Construction
Sustainability remains a core theme of CONSTRO 2026. The event will spotlight eco-friendly building materials, energy-efficient technologies, climate-conscious construction methods, smart systems, and automation-driven solutions. These focus areas reflect the industry’s shift toward greener, more resilient infrastructure aligned with India’s long-term development goals.
