Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has announced that it has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) valued at ₹445 crore (excluding GST) from Great Value Realty Limited for comprehensive civil and structural works at the Great Value Ekanam residential development in Noida, Sector 107.
The contract covers core construction activities for Great Value Ekanam, positioning Capacit’e in one of the National Capital Region’s most active real estate corridors. The company confirmed that the LOI has been received in the normal course of business and forms part of its regular civil contracting operations.
Commenting on the development, Rahul Katyal, Managing Director of Capacit’e Infraprojects, said the new engagement reflects growing client confidence in the company’s engineering capabilities and execution standards. He added that strong collaboration, technical excellence, and a shared focus on safety, timelines, and sustainability remain central to Capacit’e’s approach to project delivery.
Management stated that project teams are already aligned to execute the assignment with high levels of engineering rigor and operational efficiency. The company also clarified that neither its promoters nor group entities have any stake in Great Value Realty, confirming that the transaction does not fall under related-party dealings.
Industry observers note that the ₹445 crore LOI further strengthens Capacit’e’s footprint in NCR and highlights its ability to secure large-scale residential construction mandates. With Sector 107 Noida emerging as a key residential hub, the project is expected to add momentum to Capacit’e’s order book while supporting the region’s ongoing real estate development.
