B. L. Kashyap and Sons Ltd. has secured a ₹300 crore contract from CRC Greens Private Limited for a large-scale group housing project in Greater Noida, further strengthening its presence in the residential construction segment.
According to a regulatory filing, the order—valued at ₹300 crore excluding GST—covers civil structural works and construction supervision for the upcoming housing development. The project is scheduled to be completed within 42 months, offering steady revenue visibility over the next three and a half years.
The company confirmed that it received and accepted the Letter of Intent (LoI) on February 17, 2026. It clarified that the deal is purely domestic and does not involve any related-party transactions, ensuring transparency for investors and stakeholders.
The announcement was well received by the markets. Shares of B. L. Kashyap rose sharply, gaining nearly 8–9% intraday on both the BSE and NSE. Market analysts attribute the surge to renewed investor optimism around the company’s expanding order book and improving financial performance.
The contract adds meaningful depth to the company’s residential portfolio at a time when housing demand across the National Capital Region (NCR) is witnessing steady momentum.
The order win comes on the back of improved quarterly results. In Q3 FY26, the company reported a significant rise in consolidated net profit to ₹11.83 crore, alongside strong growth in operational revenue. Industry experts believe that consistent project inflows combined with improved execution capabilities could further strengthen margins in the coming quarters.
Greater Noida continues to emerge as a high-growth residential hub within NCR. Improved connectivity, expanding infrastructure, and relatively competitive property prices have made the region attractive for both end-users and investors.
For construction companies like B. L. Kashyap, projects in fast-growing corridors such as Greater Noida not only expand their execution footprint but also position them strategically within India’s evolving urban housing landscape.
With this ₹300 crore contract, the company reinforces its commitment to participating in India’s expanding residential infrastructure story while maintaining focus on long-term growth and order book expansion.
