Delhi based real estate developer Ashiana Housing launches new project in Sector 80, Gurugram named Ashiana Aaroham, a Rs.750-crore development primarily focused on kid-centric homes. The project is spread across 10.8 acres of land. According to the company’s statement, this residential development will feature 542 units designed specifically for children and families. In phase 1, the company will launch 182 units with a total investment of Rs.250 crore investment.

The Whole-Time Director of Ashiana Housing Limited – Varun Gupta, said that this projects strengthens the concept of kid-centric living spaces.

Ashiana Aaroham falls under the luxury segments, with prices ranging from Rs.3 Cr to 4 Cr. This Project offers 3BHK and 4BHK apartments with carpet areas from 1850 sq. ft. to 2250 sq. ft. along with spacious balconies measuring upto 346 sq. ft.

This residential project stands out from regular housing projects because it focuses on family well-being and children’s development. The design is centered around learning, recreation, and safety. To fulfill this approach there is a 6,022 sq ft Learning Hub, specially designed for kids. It includes spaces for art and craft, music, dance, reading, and other hobbies.

The project also features a “Live and Learn” program, where children can participate in sports, spoken English classes, theater, and martial arts. This approach aims to help children grow into well-rounded individuals in a safe and stimulating environment.

The development has over 9 acres of open sky areas and 8 acres of beautifully landscaped green spaces. A special feature is a 57,000 sq ft Miyawaki forest, designed using Japanese ecological methods to create a lush green ecosystem inside the community.

The 30,000 sq ft clubhouse is the heart of recreation, offering a resort-like experience for residents. Amenities include an infinity pool with green views, swimming pools with professional coaches, tennis and basketball courts, net cricket facilities, badminton courts, and skating areas.

For children’s safety and play, the project introduces the “Play Street Area”, bringing back traditional street games with dry fountains, hopscotch, treehouses, and interactive mazes. There is no vehicle movement at ground level, making the zones safe and pedestrian-friendly for both children and senior citizens.

Phase 1 units (182 apartments) are now open for booking. The developer says there has already been strong interest, so they recommend booking early.

The launch comes at a time when Gurugram’s real estate market is growing quickly, especially in the premium housing category. With its great location, strong amenities, a reliable developer, and a unique kid-focused concept, this project is well-suited for both families looking for a quality home and investors seeking long-term value.
