Mumbai: Actor and filmmaker Arbaaz Khan has expanded his real estate portfolio with the purchase of a luxury apartment in Jogeshwari, Mumbai. According to property registration documents accessed via Zapkey, the transaction is valued at approximately Rs 2.78 crore.

The apartment is located in Autograph Residency, an upcoming residential development on Link Road in Jogeshwari. The project is being developed by Mutistar Builders LLP and is currently under construction. Possession of the unit is expected by December 2030, making it a long-term investment in one of Mumbai’s steadily developing micro-markets.

Spread across 1,243 square feet (RERA carpet area), the apartment sits on the 27th floor and was purchased at a rate exceeding Rs 22,000 per square foot. The deal also includes two dedicated parking spaces, which significantly add to the property’s overall value in a dense urban locality like Mumbai.

Official records show that the transaction was registered on February 17, 2026. For the purchase, stamp duty of over Rs 16 lakh was paid, along with a registration charge of Rs 30,000.
