The rise of Global Capability Centres (GCCs), demand for ESG-compliant Grade A offices, and the growth of flexible workspaces are strengthening urban ecosystems. Meanwhile, the rapid expansion of India’s digital economy and data centre industry is attracting global capital, further enhancing real estate’s appeal as a strategic investment asset.
