In a landmark moment for India’s luxury real estate market, all 298 apartments at Trump Tower Gurugram were snapped up on the first day of launch, generating a staggering ₹3,250 crore in sales bookings.

Developed by Smartworld Developers in collaboration with Tribeca Developers and The Trump Organization, the project marks the second phase of the Trump-branded residential initiative in Gurugram. Located in Sector 69, the development comprises two 51-storey towers and offers premium 3, 4, and 5 BHK residences — each fitted with private elevators and bespoke interiors.

Priced between ₹8 crore and ₹15 crore, the units include ultra-luxury penthouses featuring private entertainment decks and skyline views. The quick sell-out demonstrates the rising appetite for high-end, branded residences among India’s wealthy homebuyers and NRIs.

“Selling out on Day 1 is a strong testament to the confidence buyers have in both the Trump brand and India’s luxury real estate sector,” said a spokesperson from Smartworld Developers.

Trump Residences Gurugram offers some unique features never seen before in India, like a bar with a live aquarium, a glass bridge in the sky to walk across, and a special concierge service that takes care of everything for the residents. Each residence has been designed to offer a global lifestyle with ultra-modern interiors and smart home automation systems.

Beyond luxury, the location also played a key role. With excellent connectivity to Golf Course Extension Road, Southern Peripheral Road, and NH-8, the project stands as a prime investment for both end-users and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

This is the sixth Trump-branded real estate project in India, following earlier developments in Mumbai, Pune, and Kolkata. Tribeca, which holds the exclusive rights to the Trump brand in India, has helped bring these projects to life in partnership with local developers.

Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca, remarked, “This is more than a real estate success — it’s a cultural moment for Indian luxury. Trump Residences Gurugram is not just a home; it’s a statement.”

Real Estate Boom in NCR

The successful launch aligns with a broader trend in the National Capital Region (NCR), where luxury and ultra-luxury segments have seen explosive growth post-COVID. Increasing urban affluence, return of global investors, and limited supply of high-end developments have created ideal conditions for projects like this to flourish.

What’s Next?

With the overwhelming response to Trump Residences Gurugram, industry insiders believe this could spark a new wave of branded luxury residences across India. Buyers are not just seeking square footage — they want legacy, lifestyle, and exclusivity.

As the dust settles from Day 1’s sell-out, eyes are already on what Smartworld and Tribeca will do next.
