The Noida Authority’s new administrative headquarters in Sector 96 Noida is approaching completion, with the inauguration anticipated by May 2025. This modern facility aims to centralize all administrative departments, enhancing operational efficiency and public accessibility.

The building is designed to accommodate all departments under one roof, streamlining administrative processes and improving service delivery to the public.
Following concerns about structural integrity, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi conducted a structural audit in December 2024. The audit recommended remedial measures, including retrofitting approximately 200 pillars to ensure safety and durability.
To facilitate easy access to the new headquarters, an underpass connecting the building to the expressway has been constructed, improving connectivity for both officials and the public.
Dr. Lokesh M., CEO of the Noida Authority, has been actively overseeing the project’s progress. He has emphasized the importance of timely completion and has directed enhancements to the building’s interior design and drainage systems.
Upon completion, the new administrative building is expected to significantly improve the efficiency of the Noida Authority’s operations and provide better services to the residents of Noida.
